wait a minute
looking at the SUNflower, my eye was drawn to the weaving to the right, the tangle tango of last years morninggloryvines and
weeds and twigs all randomly self woven, so looked again and more at the rest of the scene and not just the beautiful bloom.....
they have a nice little world there in that flower bed....

With all your various pictures, even your outside stove area, you look like you have the perfect place to live. I get envious everytime you post your outside, How fortunate are you? I hope you give thanks daily. :)Your kitchen mess is nothing when you have this wonderful outside to off set it. :)
helen ~ i was born in Detroit,grew
up in Farmington, vacationed in
the UP, spent college through
late 30's in Ann Arbor and from
the time i was maybe 4?, dreamed
of living in N Mex through pics
in National Geographic.
i give thanks with every breath.
(but you have salamanders)(and
spring peepers)
having hopes to have an outside as beautiful as yours miss grace :)
small world I was born and raised in the U.P., Live in Lapeer, east of flint.I see why you dreamed of it, it looks absolutely wonderful!!!
Might have been my state of mind (bindweed of course!) but I kept thinking about how as some things twine together they will choke and destroy as often as support.
deb ~ this is true...the bind weed is a constant effort...will completely cover the place of this picture...morningglories too..
they both will cover the tiger lilies, tomatoes. and the thing is, there is no end to them. it's just this constant effort required and i continue to "refine" my surrender to this fact. get quiet with it. either Do it or not. One of those "just is" things.
