i should also comment, as further
evidence, tho in the other direction, that the spider on the ledge, Louise Bourgeois, has maintained her HOME in the face of it all. I personally have disrupted her web twice and inadvertantly it has been partially disrupted several times,
but she
repairs
and holds her ground.

I see wood in yours- probably more than I would normally see. good luck with the plumbing, may they fix it well!
