i should also comment, as further evidence, tho in the other direction, that the spider on the ledge, Louise Bourgeois, has maintained her HOME in the face of it all. I personally have disrupted her web twice and inadvertantly it has been partially disrupted several times, but she repairs and holds her ground.
good for louise! but she does have a textile home I see wood in yours- probably more than I would normally see. good luck with the plumbing, may they fix it well! mine is stone and cement. the textile one is folded up right now even the jaima is too heavy for me what does a roadrunner look like?
