just in case...
these are my underpants. Fruit
of the Loom is a brand name for
cheap all cotton underwear.
i go to the laundromat usually
every week, but sometimes i don't
want to. so it is every 2 weeks.
then, i hand wash the undies in a
bucket in the bathtub
and
well, you see the rest.

i need to remember my Ausie friends.

Your photo reminds me of my Great Grannies....she too used to hang her undergarments on the fence if there wasnt enough room on her wire line...thanks for the memory.

Nice to be able to simplify your week and wash your undies at home...save a trip!

p.s. Grace your posts are the best...I never know what I am going to find when I visit.

Hi grace, these just cheered me up!
maybe we should do a clothesline piccie swap?

i have the regular clothes line
out back, but it's too "public"
for the undies, the road goes
right by...so they are here, in
the "inside" yard which is this
half acre surrounded by the wood
panel "privacy" fencing.

It indeed looks like 'fruit'. And I agree, anything for an extra few hours NOT in a laundramat!!

*smile* I never would have guessed...I love clotheslines...now I shall be looking for "Fruit of the Loom" on fences.

P.S. Sometimes blogger makes it hard to post a comment...then it passes.

jude...i read your comment and
thought: What
order? i don't have any order...
but then looked again and yes
thank you.
i DO have a certain order, dont i.

nance...i got lost in the grasshopper and just now went back
to read before...that's the one thing i don't like about this
comment set up...it disappears them too quickly...
but...the denim is most from a
stack of long standing and i will
use only one of the six new ones
except for what i cut off the
bottoms to shorten.
my old ones will now be boro'd and
that is a VERY happy thought to
look forward to.......
