Hi Grace, I don't remember what a double rainbow means...Extra good luck? but I'm sure it's good juju. I've been working on this "cat" from beast class, lots of stitching and piecing going on but lots of therapy also. Life had been crazy at end of class but seems to be thru with waves for a while. Stitching helps get me thru life, so lots of kantha on my piece will have to post on class one day soon.

wowww beautiful... reminds me of a while ago i saw several rainbows here in the valley at the same time, but not next to each other.

i got your number grace and i will be letting you know my new number when i get it. when i get to my dad's, i'll be close to Loving NM. if i remember correctly, dad says he can get to Alberquerque in 4 hours?, but i'm not sure. woohoo! yes, i would LOVE to come visit you! yay! i really look forward to it. thank you for the invite :)

Loving is near Carlesbad. i
an 7mi out from Socorro...so
subtract an hour..3 maybe? there is a place near Roswell, Bitter
Lake National Wildlife Refuge.
habitat to over 90 species of
dragonflies and damselflies. i've
always wanted to go there.

all...there are often double rainbows here in monsoon season..
but this was unusual in that it
was in the West and it was very
early in the morning....

miss grace dad's mom's family is all from Carlsbad... been there since the early 1900's. i'm going to ask dad about the refuge and maybe we can take a trip there? yay! i love that area down there. feels like home even though i've never lived there.
